Another simple and tasty home-grilled meal (as you can see I don’t like my steak to “moo” at me), Crispy Tater BBQ Dinner:

This meal consisted of half-baked potato halved, coated with butter, foil-wrapped, and topped with a sour cream, turmeric, dill weed, red chili pepper, and dried thyme flakes sauce; half-cooked fresh corn-on-the-cob halved, foil-wrapped with butter, drained button mushroom slices, white onion strips, dried parsley flakes, and soy sauce; chicken; and steak with a whole grain mustard, minced garlic paste, and sesame oil rub (the sour cream sauce can also be used on the steak).

The meal consisted of grilled white pepper seasoned steak strips with butter sautéed mustard greens and a red wine, whole grain mustard, red chili pepper flakes, sesame oil, and almond cheese spread; frozen grilled Mediterranean vegetable mix sautéed in olive oil with spicy pork sausage chunks and a mayonnaise, caper juice, dill weed, minced garlic paste spread; canned cream of asparugus soup with nutmeg and dried parsley flakes; cherry tomato slices and shiso leaves drizzled with creamy wasabi; and toasted flour tortillas.

This dish contained frozen mixed veggies, sliced leek, and drained canned button mushroom slices sautéed in olive oil with dried oregano flakes, dried parsley flakes, powdered thyme, minced garlic paste, white pepper, corned beef hash and frozen leftover spicy sauce mixed with mini-pasta and sour cream.

Here’s another simple and tasty summertime meal, Steak Salad Dinner:

This meal consisted of steak sautéed in olive oil, white pepper, and minced garlic paste; dried oregano flakes; and red wine with onion slices added at the last moment; sliced into strips and placed on a bed of iceberg lettuce with quartered cherry tomatoes and black olives added; topped with a dressing of leftover steak with onions liquid with sour cream, soy sauce and dill weed mixed in then cooled until slightly thickened; accompanied by two different cheese wraps of flours tortillas heated with almond and mozzarella cheese with dried thyme flakes in one and baby and cheddar cheeses with powdered sage in the other.

For this meal, beef steak was sautéed in olive oil with white pepper, minced garlic paste, red wine, and white onion slices; topped with leftover mustard-wasabi sauce; and drizzled with soy sauce; frozen mixed veggies were sautéed with butter and Italian herb mix; potatoes were baked and topped with sour cream and dried parsley flakes; and a small salad of iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, bacon bits, and dried oregano flakes was drizzled with a creamy cheese dressing.

Here’s a tasty dish by hubby that has some surprising ingredients, Papa’s GyuTan-Pasta Dinner:

This meal consisted of thinly-sliced gyutan (beef tongue) sautéed in olive oil; combined with minced garlic, sake, white pepper, karashina (mustard greens), and chicken bouillon granules on a bed of spaghetti; sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese; and a side-salad of iceberg lettuce with quartered cherry tomatoes drizzled with a creamy cheese dressing.

No aluminum needed for this meal, included were steak marinated in soy sauce, red wine, minced garlic, and white pepper; chicken marinated in sesame oil, white pepper, and dried tarragon flakes; sweet corn on-the-cob; leek slices; store-bought onigiri with daikon; and fresh tomato slices.

This is a traditional meal with “fireworks” added, Fiery Fourth of July BBQ:

To arrive at the fiery results for this meal, prior to grilling, steak was marinated in store-bought hot salsa; sweet corn-on-the-cob was foiled wrapped with butter, dried chives, and powdered cayenne pepper; and chicken was marinated in sesame oil, minced ginger paste, and white pepper. To accompany the grilled goodies, a salad of julienned iceberg lettuce and carrot, sliced cherry tomato, sliced black olives, assorted mini-pasta, and cracked black sesame seeds; topped with an original creamy wasabi dressing; and garnished with crumbled nori flakes.

The meal included thin beef slices sautéed in butter with julienned onion, minced garlic paste, canned diced tomatoes and liquid, frozen julienned bell pepper, Bulldog sauce, powdered marjoram, dried oregano flakes, dried parsley flakes, white pepper, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, cracked black sesame seeds, and sour cream added, on a bed of steamed rice with a parsley sprig garnish.

Here’s another of hubby’s simple and tasty home cooked meals, Papa’s Beef & Veggie Stir-fry:

Papa's Beef  & Veggie Sitr-fry

For this meal, hubby added water spinach (ensai) and ground beef to some leftover chicken-veggie mixture; stir-fried in olive oil with a bit of chicken bouillon granules; and placed the dish on fresh, steaming white rice.
