This meal is a bit more involved than most of my dishes, but still not that complicated, Shredded Grilled-Fish Wrap Dinner:

The dinner consisted of grilled white fish that had been “dry-rubbed” with minced garlic paste, powdered thyme, and white pepper; shredded and sautéed with chopped leek in a butter and white wine sauce; cooled and mixed with a sour cream, diced cherry tomato, diced black olive, and chopped fresh parsley sauce; and wrapped in toasted tortillas; julienned iceberg lettuce leaves with quartered cherry tomatoes, a drizzle of creamy cheese dressing, dried oregano flakes, grated black sesame seeds, and grated parmesan cheese; canned chili beans with a fresh parsley garnish; and leftover pre-cooked rice reheated with instant miso soup package; molded; and garnished with a pickled plum pinch.

Here’s another tasty meal with a twist by hubby, Papa’s Ensai-Pork Pasta Dinner:

The ingredients hubby used for this meal were pork sausage slices, frozen julienned bell pepper, minced garlic paste, white pepper, cayenne pepper, olive oil, chopped fresh ensai (water spinach), and spaghetti garnished with parmesan cheese; and accompanied by sliced whole-wheat dinner rolls sautéed in olive oil and minced garlic paste.
