Here’s another of hubby’s quick ‘n’ easy dishes, Papa’s Bacon & Shrimp Curry:

For the meal, hubby sautéed bacon and frozen shrimp, asparagus, and bell pepper slices in olive oil with minced garlic paste, white pepper, and curry powder; and ladeled over freshly steamed rice.
