For Thanksgiving, a link to the Oreo turkey dessert was provided. For Christmas, I found a site that has the recipe for Christmas mice desserts. The main site also contains an excellent culinary dictionary.

Here it is the week that begins the official holiday season. Though most of us already have our plans set, here are two more food art ideas. This idea is one that will help those who are not really in to Brussels sprouts (which I love and can’t find over here) enjoy the dish a little more.

Although I’ve always known that there are some individuals who have had the talent and taken the time necessary to learn how to create artistic mini-masterpieces with food, I just never realized how truly wonderful some of these projects were. I’ve really become fascinated by some of the pictures I’ve found on the net. Here is an example of truly amazing food art.

Here it is, the first week of the holiday season has begun. That’s what I call the week following the Halloween madness. There are only three weeks until Thanksgiving is upon us. Along with the “official” holiday season comes a wide range of decorating ideas. I ran across this unusual version of an old Thanksgiving tradition. Forget the calories, it’s one of the cutest things I’ve ever seen.
