Here’s another option in home cooked outdoor meals, Grilled Seafood Dinner:

Equipment and All Ingredients Needed

1 Knife 1 Cutting board 1 Strainer 2 Pots 4 Small zip-style baggies 1 Paper towel
2 Small containers with lids 1 Medium container with lid 2 Stovetop burners Skewers

21 Medium shrimp (with shells)

8 Large hotatei (scallops)

6 Black olives (pitted)

4 Small chicken drumsticks

2 Iceberg lettuce leaves

2 Cherry tomatoes

1 Medium potato

¼ Medium white onion

2 Tablespoons ketchup

2 Tablespoons mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons dill pickle juice

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

1 Tablespoon Dijon-style mustard

1 Tablespoon dried oregano flakes

1 Tablespoon dried parsley flakes

1 Teaspoon white pepper

1 Teaspoon creamy wasabi

1 Teaspoon minced ginger paste

½ Teaspoon minced garlic paste

½ Teaspoon soy sauce

¼ Teaspoon toubanjyan paste

1/8 Teaspoon dried red chili pepper flakes

Hubby’s off to a sound check this morning and had very little time to sit and eat. My solution, Blueberry French Toast:

A simple on-the-go edible of French bread slices in an egg, milk, cinnamon, and maple syrup batter; sautéed in butter; with canned mini-blueberries spooned in the center.

Here’s another of hubby’s fusion meals, Papa’s Pork "Italiano":

This meal consisted of sliced pork roast sautéed in olive oil, frozen grilled Mediterranean veggies, julienned onion, white pepper, minced garlic paste, bonito dashi, sake, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese on a bed of rice.

Here’s is a tasty home cooked summer combination meal, Blooming Blossom Tuna Melt Wrap Dinner:

The meal consisted of individual deep-fried egg-battered sliced whole onion with a dipping sauce of mayonnaise, wasabi, powdered dried thyme, and minced garlic paste garnished with powdered cayenne pepper; drained canned tuna with balsamic vinegar, cracked black sesame seeds, powdered dried tarragon, and white pepper with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses wrapped in warm toasted tortillas; and frozen asparagus spears with carrot chunks and whole cherry tomatoes marinated in Kosher dill pickle juice.

Here’s an original idea with a twist on one of the popluar local dishes, Papa’s Portuguese MaboDofu:

For the meal, hubby used Portuguese sausage, leek, tofu, tobyanjan sauce, minced garlic paste, white pepper, mustard greens, bonito dashi, chicken broth granules, and cornstarch on a bed of freshly-steamed rice.

This is another of the local mini-bento meals with deep fried fish amd tartar sauce, hamburger and ketchup, tenpura, rice with a mini bottle of soy sauce, dried seaweed sheets, and pickled radish (again a bit lacking in the veggie department).

This meal consisted of pork roast roll stuffed with smoked and almond cheeses; sautéed in olive oil, minced garlic paste, and white pepper; and garnished with dried tarragon flakes; assorted mini-pasta tossed with butter, dried parsley flakes, cracked black sesame seeds, and parmesan cheese; a small salad of iceberg lettuce, quartered cherry tomatoes and black olives, and dried oregano flakes drizzled with a creamy sesame dressing; and instant miso soup.

No aluminum needed for this meal, included were steak marinated in soy sauce, red wine, minced garlic, and white pepper; chicken marinated in sesame oil, white pepper, and dried tarragon flakes; sweet corn on-the-cob; leek slices; store-bought onigiri with daikon; and fresh tomato slices.

This take-out meal, almost identical to #84, included broccoli-carrot mix, yaki-soba, potato croquette, chicken, veggie tenpura, vinegar-veggie-noodle mix, sausage, deep-fried seaweed-veggie roll, and seaweed-carrot-scallion rice, seaweed mix, and pickled ginger.
