This is another of hubby’s simple and tasty spaghetti dishes, Papa’s Herb-Sausage Pasta Dinner:

For this meal, hubby sautéed chunks of pork sausage stuffed with herbs and spices in olive oil; added minced garlic paste, chilli pepper oil, and arugula; tossed the mixture with al dente spaghetti; and garnished with grated parmesan cheese. Accompanying the pasta entrée was a salad of iceberg lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and snipped leek drizzled with a creamy cheese dressing.
I finally had a chance to download the new Google Earth with Sky and came up with this collection of tidbits to munch on while we took a gander at the universe, Virtual Tour Snack Platter:

The platter consisted of honeydew slices with almond cheese chunks wrapped in ham; cucumber slices; spicy cheese kamaboko (fish sausage); baby cheese chunks; Spanish olives; leftover KFC chicken; toasted white bread triangles with a tuna spread of drained canned-tuna, dill pickle juice, minced garlic paste, minced ginger paste, diced white onion, crushed capers, soy sauce, dried parsley flakes, and mayonnaise; Hershey’s dark chocolate kisses; and red wine.
