Here’s a tasty surprise hubby came up with, Papa’s Grilled Tuna Steak Dinner:

For the meal, hubby served foil-wrapped half-baked potato with sour cream, sweet corn-on-the-cob; skewered shishitou peppers; skewered leek; a small salad of iceberg lettuce and sliced cherry tomatoes with a creamy cheese dressing; and tuna steak in a marinade/sauce of sesame oil, minced ginger paste, minced garlic paste, lemon juice, white pepper, soy sauce, red wine, and leek.

Here’s another simple and tasty summertime meal, Steak Salad Dinner:

This meal consisted of steak sautéed in olive oil, white pepper, and minced garlic paste; dried oregano flakes; and red wine with onion slices added at the last moment; sliced into strips and placed on a bed of iceberg lettuce with quartered cherry tomatoes and black olives added; topped with a dressing of leftover steak with onions liquid with sour cream, soy sauce and dill weed mixed in then cooled until slightly thickened; accompanied by two different cheese wraps of flours tortillas heated with almond and mozzarella cheese with dried thyme flakes in one and baby and cheddar cheeses with powdered sage in the other.

For this meal, beef steak was sautéed in olive oil with white pepper, minced garlic paste, red wine, and white onion slices; topped with leftover mustard-wasabi sauce; and drizzled with soy sauce; frozen mixed veggies were sautéed with butter and Italian herb mix; potatoes were baked and topped with sour cream and dried parsley flakes; and a small salad of iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, bacon bits, and dried oregano flakes was drizzled with a creamy cheese dressing.

This meal consisted of thinly-sliced gyutan (beef tongue) sautéed in olive oil; combined with minced garlic, sake, white pepper, karashina (mustard greens), and chicken bouillon granules on a bed of spaghetti; sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese; and a side-salad of iceberg lettuce with quartered cherry tomatoes drizzled with a creamy cheese dressing.

6 Black olives (pitted)

2 Tablespoons ketchup

2 Tablespoons mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons dill pickle juice

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

1 Tablespoon Dijon-style mustard

1 Tablespoon dried oregano flakes

1 Tablespoon dried parsley flakes

1 Teaspoon white pepper

1 Teaspoon creamy wasabi

1 Teaspoon minced ginger paste

½ Teaspoon minced garlic paste

This meal consisted of pork roast roll stuffed with smoked and almond cheeses; sautéed in olive oil, minced garlic paste, and white pepper; and garnished with dried tarragon flakes; assorted mini-pasta tossed with butter, dried parsley flakes, cracked black sesame seeds, and parmesan cheese; a small salad of iceberg lettuce, quartered cherry tomatoes and black olives, and dried oregano flakes drizzled with a creamy sesame dressing; and instant miso soup.

This is a traditional meal with “fireworks” added, Fiery Fourth of July BBQ:

To arrive at the fiery results for this meal, prior to grilling, steak was marinated in store-bought hot salsa; sweet corn-on-the-cob was foiled wrapped with butter, dried chives, and powdered cayenne pepper; and chicken was marinated in sesame oil, minced ginger paste, and white pepper. To accompany the grilled goodies, a salad of julienned iceberg lettuce and carrot, sliced cherry tomato, sliced black olives, assorted mini-pasta, and cracked black sesame seeds; topped with an original creamy wasabi dressing; and garnished with crumbled nori flakes.

This meal is a bit more involved than most of my dishes, but still not that complicated, Shredded Grilled-Fish Wrap Dinner:

The dinner consisted of grilled white fish that had been “dry-rubbed” with minced garlic paste, powdered thyme, and white pepper; shredded and sautéed with chopped leek in a butter and white wine sauce; cooled and mixed with a sour cream, diced cherry tomato, diced black olive, and chopped fresh parsley sauce; and wrapped in toasted tortillas; julienned iceberg lettuce leaves with quartered cherry tomatoes, a drizzle of creamy cheese dressing, dried oregano flakes, grated black sesame seeds, and grated parmesan cheese; canned chili beans with a fresh parsley garnish; and leftover pre-cooked rice reheated with instant miso soup package; molded; and garnished with a pickled plum pinch.
