This is a simple and tasty way to use leftover rice, Non-Alcohol Seafood Risotto Dinner:

Here is a list of everything needed for the meal:

Equipment and All Ingredients Needed

1 Frying pan 1 Stovetop burner 1 Knife 1 Cutting board

2 Cups frozen seafood mix

1 /4 Cup diced white onion

1 Tablespoon olive oil

1 Tablespoon minced garlic paste

1 Teaspoon 1/2 sodium red miso

1 Whole wheat dinner roll

Soft cream cheese

Caviar of choice

2 Cups pre-cooked rice

1/2 Cup chopped button mushrooms

1 /4 Cup chopped chives

1 Tablespoon chopped fresh basil

1 Tablespoon white pepper

1/2 Cup grated parmesan cheese

2 Tablespoons butter

Fresh basil sprigs

This pork meal idea originated from a recipe I saw by Jody #35. Although this meal takes longer than most of my dishes, it is simple, tasty, and allows for time do other things while it is cooking, Rosemary-Pork Bake:

Items Needed:

Stove, oven, one 9 x 9 inch casserole dish, wax paper or brush for greasing casserole dish, and aluminum foil or casserole lid

Ingredients:

1 small pork roast, 2 medium potatoes, 1/4 medium red onion, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon white pepper, 1 cup chicken broth, 1 teaspoon ½ sodium red miso paste,1 tablespoon minced garlic paste, 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves, olive oil for greasing casserole dish, 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, ¼ cup water, and 1 teaspoon corn starch

(Optional)

Cracked black sesame seeds and whole wheat dinner rolls

The island’s weather is getting a little nippy at times. When I began seeing various versions of this type of soup on TV and over the net, I thought I’d give it a try. So here’s my version, Eggless-Meatball Soup Dinner:

This meal consisted of 1 carrot, 1 medium bell pepper, 1 medium potato, 1/4 red onion, 3.5 cups water, one 15 ounce can chili beans with sauce, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 1 tablespoon chicken broth granules, 1 teaspoon 1/2 sodium red miso paste, 1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes, 1.5 pounds hamburger meat, 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs, 1/4 cup milk, 2 tablespoons fresh basil, 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, 1 teaspoon minced garlic paste, and whole wheat dinner rolls. This meal consisted of chicken in a mint, ginger, basil, walnut, soy sauce, white pepper, clove, and olive oil marinade on a bed of mushroom, leek, and garlic rice – garnished with a fresh basil sprig; accompanied with a small iceberg lettuce, cherry tomato, and black olive salad – drizzled with creamy cheese dressing and dried oregano flakes; and garnished with chopped fresh basil. This original meal for two consisted of 1 potato, 1 small carrot, 1 small bell pepper, 1/2 medium onion, 1 1/2 cups frozen seafood mix, 1 tablespoon minced garlic paste, 1 tablespoon minced ginger paste, 1 tablespoon chicken broth granules, 1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes, one 15 ounce can tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce,1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon white pepper, 10 Spanish olives, 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes, 3 small bay leaves, 100 grams pasta, 1 whole wheat dinner roll, 1 teaspoon minced garlic paste, 1 teaspoon almond baby cheese, and four fresh basil leaves. Here’s another homemade meal that’s easy and flavorful, Rosemary-Garlic Pork Roast Dinner:

The meal consisted of a pork roast infused with fresh rosemary leaves and garlic chips; then sprinkled with white pepper and powdered thyme; baked and topped with whole grain mustard; chopped white onion and potatoes sautéed in pork fat with white pepper and red wine vinegar added, then garnished with chopped chives; and sliced red pepper, carrot, zuccini, and pine nuts sautéed in sesame oil.
