This is a super simple meal that has a twist on a standard dish, Pork Adobo Pasta Dinner:

Equipment and All Ingredients Needed
1 Frying pan 1 Medium Pot 2 Stovetop Burners
1 Colander 1 Knife 1 Cutting board
1½ Cups frozen grilled Mediterranean vegetable mix
½ Pound pre-cooked pork
½ Cup water
¼ Cup red wine vinegar
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tablespoons scallions
1 Tablespoon minced garlic paste
1 Tablespoon white pepper
1 Teaspoon dried cilantro flakes
1 Teaspoon bleu cheese
1 Whole wheat dinner roll
Pasta of choice
Grated parmesan cheese
