Here’s another of hubby’s delish creations, Papa’ s Pesto-Chicken Dinner:

For this meal hubby used chicken thigh coated in cornstarch then sautéed in olive oil, on a bed of julienned iceberg lettuce and kaiware radish, smoothered with a grated fresh ginger, mirin, soy sauce, vegetable oil, white wine, white pepper, minced garlic paste, fresh basil, and fresh parsley pesto sauce, and topped with sliced Spanish olives; accompanied by frozen Mediterranean vegetables sautéed in sesame oil and rice with cracked black sesame seeds.

Here’s another of hubby’s scrumptious fish meals; Papa’s Ginger-Herb Sauce Red Fish Dinner:

This meal consisted of boiled fresh carrot and frozen asparagus, rice with cracked black sesame seeds, and sautéed red fish smothered with a sauce of basil, parsley, grated fresh ginger, mirin, soy sauce, olive oil, white wine, butter, white pepper, and minced garlic paste.

For this meal, hubby used pork cutlet, grated fresh ginger, mirin, low-sodium soy sauce, vegetable oil, sake, white pepper, minced garlic paste, iceberg lettuce, kaiware radish, leek, rice and black cracked sesame seeds.

Here’s another simple meal by hubby making use of frozen pre-made springroll leftovers, Papa’s Double Roll & Tuna Dinner:

For the meal hubby used frozen leftover springrolls with a ketchup and soy sauce dipping sauce, karashina and canned tuna with oil, rice garnished with cracked black sesame seeds, and spiced nori.

Here’s another quick and simple meal for those busy days, Turkey-Rice Dinner:

The meal consisted of canned turkey chili on leftover recooked rice topped with melted cheddar cheese and fresh basil; an iceberg lettuce, cucumber, scallion, and cherry tomato salad topped with creamy cheese dressing, bacon bits, grated parmesan cheese and dried oregano flakes; and toasted whole wheat dinner roll slices with garlic paste.

Here’s a simple dish that has a combination of Asian and Italian flavors, Tuna Asiano:

The dish consisted of chopped frozen asparagus sauteed in olive oil with minced garlic paste and chopped white onion, drained canned tuna, dried oregano flakes, drained canned button mushrooms, canned diced tomatoes with liquid, powdered thyme, soy sauce, cracked black sesame seeds, brown sugar, white pepper, dried parsley flakes, leftover precooked rice, grated Parmesan cheese, and fresh basil sprigs.

Many of us enjoy the combination of wine and cheese on occasion. This dish combines the two in the form of leftovers, Wine & Cheese Rice:

This meal consisted of leftover Crockpot Chunky Cheesy Stew and leftover Crockpot Coq Au Vin combined, placed in the center of a leftover precooked rice ring (with a small amount of sauce drizzled on top of the ring), and garnished with a fresh parsley sprig and cracked black sesame seeds.

Hubby’s back in his experimentation mood with these crispy edibles, Papa’s Double Roll & Rice:

For one version of spring rolls, hubby used beef, pork, Shitake mushrooms, bean sprouts, carrot, white pepper, minced ginger paste, and minced garlic paste; for the other, cheddar cheese and spicy pork sausage. The dipping sauce was a mixture of ketchup, Tobasco sauce, and Mirin. The basic meatless-fried rice consisted of leftover precooked rice with sliced white onion, soy sauce, white pepper, and minced garlic paste quick-fried in sesame oil.

Hubby’s version of a traditionally beef dish, Papa’s Pork Fillet Dinner:

For the meal hubby sautéed bacon-wrapped tenderized pork fillet in olive oil; blanched fresh sliced carrot and frozen asparagus; then finished cooking the items in a microwave oven; plated and smothered the dishes with a sour cream, milk, and white pepper sauce. To complete the meal, he added freshly-cooked rice and garnished with chopped fresh parsley and paprika.
