This meal consisted of chicken thigh marinated in sesame oil with minced ginger paste, powdered marjoram, and white pepper; grilled and sliced in half; placed on a slice of French bread (previously lightly toasted on both sides in olive oil and minced garlic paste) with mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, crisped bacon, and sliced cherry tomatoes on one side and whole grain mustard, mayonnaise, and iceberg lettuce on the other side; drizzled with creamy wasabi; and garnished with sliced leek; accompanied by a soup of frozen chunks of carrot, broccoli, and cauliflower sautéed in olive oil with white pepper; puréed and slow-cooked with butter, chicken bouillon granules, nutmeg, milk, and cream.
